Comanechi interview!

Comanechi don’t sound like a 2 piece. More like a cannibal tribe, or explosive army. Akiko (a.k.a Exceedingly Good Keex) is the Japanese Karen O, a born star and brutal drummer who learnt her style from german metal greats. Her banshee screams and angsty vox perfectly compliment Simon a.k.a Von Klinkerhoffen on sharp distortion guitar. He too is lamentably amazing.
Bursting onto the London music scene with such force this duo make hard, post punk noise music and don’t plan to fade away any time soon. About to release their debut album and riding on a wave of hard earned success, Comanechi live, breath and eat rock and roll. Only of the unhealthiest kind.
